Suggest Treatment For Runny Nose, Sneezing And Fatigue

My nose has been running for two months. For the last two weeks it runs incessantly, as in a box of tissue per day. Mucus is typically clear but sometimes yellow. Claritin, sudafed, Flonase, DayQuil, astylene don't help. I sneeze frequently and it hurts to breathe in through my nose but not out. I get clammy sometimes and feel tired. My eyes water frequently. I fell asleep in a lobby chair for three hours today.
