Suggest Treatment For Ruptured Baker S Cyst

I am 56 yrs. old. Had a bad fall Dec 18/15. Have MCL injury. Had a baker s cyst that ruptured with the fall. Slipped on wooden stairs that were covered with frost. Landed in position that looks like an athlete going over a hurdle. Was in physio for 6 weeks. Going for follow-up ultrasound to better find out extent of injuries. How long to heal MCL injury? Still can t full weight bear, or turn sideways with knee. Doing lots of walking and exercising, but still uncomfortable at times.
