Suggest Treatment For Ruptured Eardrum

I ruptured my ear drum 3 weeks ago went to the ENT and was told to give it 6 weeks of healing. The ringing is still prominent and I feel as though I have cement in my cheek bone and left nostril is clogged. Left ear is punctured. I feel foggy and cloudy.
