Suggest Treatment For Ruptured Lump Between Scrotum And Thigh

hello i have had this lump between my scrotum and my thigh and one day i was walking in my house and pus came out and with a mixture of blood and then after a while the lump shrunk and it smells really bad and it still bleeds and the lump is still there and it doesnt burt to touch unless the hole where it popped and like i dont think its flesh but its like a ball of pus and i can pull it out and then it starts to bleed a lot
