Suggest Treatment For Ruptured Ovarian Cyst

I was diagnosed with a ruptured ovarian cyst sat afternoon in the ER. I was released with Lor-tab5 and Levsin. Today is the 4th day and the first day of this severe nausea. I tried to follow up with the referred OBGYN but I was denied an appointment because they don't take medicaid. Should I find another DR or just let it run it's course?
