Suggest Treatment For Sarcoidosis

My husband has been diagnosed with sarcoidosis. during a CT scan they found multiple granulomas in his abdomen. since then he has had to have several blood draws for protein and calcium levels that have all come back abnormal,, (high). now they want to do another ct scan. Do you have any idea why he would need another ct scan withing 4 months of his most recent one?
