Suggest Treatment For Scab On Toe

I have a small scab on my toe. It looked like i stepped on something so i used a nailclipper to get it out. I took it out but now theres a small hole in my toe. it gets scabby but wont heel. I accidently pulled out a scab and it bleeds alot now. need help
