Suggest Treatment For Scabies All Over Body

I think I have scabies but with no visible rash I feel them all over my body even in my nose ,ears,and around my eyes treatment has not helped. First symptoms I noticed seemed like athletes foot on my hands and feet but treatment for that has also not helped. With no visible rash a dermatologist won t see me please help I know it s affecting my children as well
