Suggest Treatment For Scabies

My boyfriend went to the doctor and found out he had scabies. So we got the medicine and everything and we put it on. (I had it to I guess since I sleep beside him) it s been about a week or so since we put it on. It really hasn t gotten any better for him. I m clear but he still has sores and stuff. But he also has it on his genitals. And the skin before the head of the penis, is swollen and tight. And it s bigger than the head of the penis. I need answers...
