Suggest Treatment For Scabies

My Mother is in a Nursing home and has scabies, which has been passed on to her family members. She cannot move, and is obviously distressed that she cannot scratch like we can, and its relentless. She has had one treatment, and awaiting a 7 day gap before the next and we have also. We re also distressed that she cannot relieve her suffering, and I am wondering if Calamine lotion will help her. Please can you advise? Thank you Lin
