Suggest Treatment For Scabies

Hi i visited the doctor Monday with a rash on my hands an arms, he told me i had caught scabies, i feel so humiliated and depressed over it. i am a clean person. I put the cream on on monday night and today the rash has gone worse, i was very itchy last night. I really want this rash to go, how do i know if the cream has worked. it was called lyclear. please help. thanks
