Suggest Treatment For Scabies

I have a son of 10 mths an a daughter of 3yrs old an im 22yearsold we were contagious with scabies I have took my children to the doctor an they were prescribed two diffrent lotions we have been treated but some how it goes away an comes back. What else we can do to get rid off the scabies.
