Suggest Treatment For Scabs On My Face

Hi, I had laser resurfacing on my cheeks a week ago, I was gently washing my face, the few scabs left started to come off however there are a few marks underneath, is this normal as I'm worrying I have caused them however I haven't scratched or picked them at all, thankyou
