Suggest Treatment For Scalp Dermatitis

ive have chronic scalp condition 3 years now punch biopsy confirmed dermatitis,have tried most creams shampoos without any effect ,some of these treatments actually worsen the condition.diprosone lotion helps yo control it .if i cease diprosone for a few days the thick plaque and lumpy skin appear then it takes a couple of weeks to get it under control again
