Suggest Treatment For Scalp Folliculitis

I have scalp folliculitis that seems to be spreading, not going away. I have been to my GP and a dermatologist. They prescribed antibiotics, topicort, and clobex, vinegar. Is there anything else that might suggest? I have restrained myself from scratching by cutting my nails.Thank you so much.Dianne Neely
