Suggest Treatment For Scalp Infection

Hi Sir I am Ashish from Ludhiana Punjab.. I have scalp infection from last 2 years.. I haven't took any remedy for that..! I have some small patches(white color) all around my scalp ans i also have some pimples on my scalp due to hot temperature..! Plz guide me a doctor or remedy for the same
