Suggest Treatment For Scar Marks On Face

hello doctor, m bharat 21 years old, i have 2 year old marks of wound near eyes and on the nose, i had used "melanorm-hc" for 2 weeks, my darks spot become raddish and very senstive , after this stop the application of melanorm-hc and my marks appear again as like first condition,,,,,,,,plz suggest me right way
