Suggest Treatment For Scar On Face

hi sir ,

i have a scar near to my lower lips , its little only but i want to remove it , i took consultation to two Dermatologist separately .
1. Dermatologist(a) told to take subcision and tca cross for scar revision
2. Dermatologist(b) told take scar revision with grafting

which one should be best
