Suggest Treatment For Scar On The Face

I got little cut while shaving then i put little dettol around that place with cotton before sleeping but when i wake up my face was red and skin around the spot was burned.Now the is scar.Plz say me how to remove that scar.It has now greatly affect my appearance.
