Suggest Treatment For Scar On The Hand Caused By Cut

Hi, I am concerned about my cuts in my hand..Long time back when i was in school i flunked so i tried to hurt by cutting my hand with a blade.though the scars are not deep it just visible and i have been hiding it for year..i want to know is there a way to remove those scars
