Suggest Treatment For Scars Of Chicken Pox On Face

i have been suffering from chicken pox for a week exact now, the blisters on the face are pretty much cursted over, how to get rid of these? some blisters on my body and hands have still fluids in them, but will form crust in a day or two. when can i get back to work?
