Suggest Treatment For Scars On Face

When I was little, I had 3 warts located at the bottom left of my mouth. My parents decided it was best to have them burned off. I am now 26, and the scarring has been with me ever since and has caused much heartache and insecurity. After the treatment the doctor had said that it would heal in time, then skipped town due to lawsuits for his treatment methods. Is there anyway I can heal these physical scars that have cost me so much mental heartache?
