Suggest Treatment For Scars On Legs

hi doctor, my family and i were in the cook island for six months and my daughters, they were three years old at that time, were constantly getting bitten from mosquitoes. now seven months later, their legs are totally scarred. is their something i can use to eliminate their scars?...........please help
