Suggest Treatment For Scattered Petechiae

I have had scattered petchiae every day (in different spots) for seven months now. Have had every test done by both my PC and a hematologist including CBC, liver function, platelet function, and autoimmune. All have come back normal. I cant find any explanation to explain them and they worry me sick every day. Im not sure what else to test for of if I should accept them and move on with my life?
