Suggest Treatment For Schleroderma

I was diagnosed with Lupus approx. 7 years ago. My last blood test tested positive now for Schleroderma. Why or how can I have both? I have seen & felt a difference in my body, but I don t understand. Can you shed some light on this for me please? I noticed that I cannot stay warm & I now have Inflammatory bowel disease, along with Fibromyalgia & dealing with my leftover injuries/disc disease from a workers comp injury back years ago.
