Suggest Treatment For Sciatica Pain

I had a lower back pain. they diagnosed that it is a sciatica. when the pain is really bad im throwing up. what can I do to stop the pain? im very tired of the pain I feel like my hips will gonna separate to my half body. please help me what to do and the remedy that I can do in my home. thank you very much.
