Suggest Treatment For Scleroderma

my mother is suffering from scleroderma, she has got skin discoluration on her legs, pale white colour in her hand palms , pain in one of her leg & that leg has become lean too, what is her condition now, is it in a serious condition? does ayurveda has any effective care?
