Suggest Treatment For Scoliosis And Pin Point Pain On Neck

I have ALL the symptoms of fibromyalgia, even the pinpoint pain, but my rheumatologist said I have scoliosis( a 15 degree cuviture) in upper spine, a bone spur on neck, and vitamin D deficiency, he didn t tell me the number. He did not do a exam or let me explain my symptoms. How can he know that I might also have fibro. I still think I have fibromyalgia along with these other problems. How can I find out for sure?
