Suggest Treatment For Scoriasis

Hello I am Nandan my age is 26yrs and my qualification is M.B.A,LLB and I am the native of Vijayawada, A.P, India. Very recently I Have got psoriasis on my scalp and guttate type on my body, I have met dermo and he said that to undergo phototheraphy, and also he said that psoriasis is not all dangerous. It may come sponteniously and it will go sponteniously, but it will take some time like that he said. So tell me it may curable with any other better treatment than phototheraphy and I am geeting tense, and also I am not married, is it effect my life cycle
