Suggest Treatment For Scratchy Throat

hi yesterday my throat started to feel very scratchy but i thourght nothing of it but 2day i have noticed when i swallow food once it hits the back of my tongue i cant taste anythin. i have just looked in the mirror and noticed i have some lumps at the back of my tongue which i am guessing is my taste buds inflamed. also just infront of these lumps i keep getting a white layer. do u know what this might be
