Suggest Treatment For Seasonal Allergy Along With Sneezing

I have seasonal allergy with sneezing and leaky nose. I is quite controllable with tablet of CPM, Citrizen, or recofast pLUS.My question is what medicine can be taken without restriction and how long at a time.My age is 78 years and and I don t have any cough or asthma symptoms etc. Thanks.
