Suggest Treatment For Second Degree Burn On Lower Back

I have, what I am sure is, a second degree burn on my lower back caused by an ice pack. This occurred Thursday evening and I have been treating it with neosporin and covering it with a non stick pad. A blister about the size of a half dollar peeled off. What advise can you provide and can it get wet in the bathtub?
