Suggest Treatment For Second Degree Burn On Thigh

Hello....about a week ago i suffered a second degree burn on the lateral and back side of my left thigh. I live in Mexico and have been going every day to skin debridement. Yesterday I was told to go every other day and let the wound rest for one day. They will however change the bandages every day. All the nurses and the doctors tell me is that it looks clean and not infected, but I wonder if this is the right treatment or if I should travel somewhere else to seek a second opinion. The wound is about 35cm in lenght and 25 cm wide. The color is red is clear liquid comes out. I am being covered every other day with silver sulfiazide only. For pain I am taking diclofenac. Please let me know if this is ok and how long will it take until I see the wound getting better.

Thank you very much.
