Suggest Treatment For Secondary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis

I am female age 64 diagmosed with ms 5 years ago after a major medical event. I was totally unaware that anything was wrong until this time. i am in secondary progressive stage now. have not heard of any drugs for this stage and neither has my ms doc. Anything new on the horizon?
