Suggest Treatment For Seizure Disorder In Child

I have a 28 month old who has seen multiple specialist however yet to get diagnosis he appeRs to have episode where he is in pain not sure from what but he puts his knees together places his right hand in a fist over his pelvic region strangers always ask if he has to void but he is not potty trained nor can this be attributed to that he moans is not comforted by anythi g during the episode we have ruled out seizure disorder. He has been found to be anemic and is on iron but this has not changed how often the episodes occur. They wake him upnat night occur more frequently when he gets upset ot bored but can occur at other times?? We noted episode whe. He was 4 months old and they cont have had negative ua renal ultrasound negative testicle ultrasound negative he frequently has an erection but not always ??? 24 hr eeg negative for seizures but did capture the episode multiple times??? Any ideas
