Suggest Treatment For Semen With Urine

Hi, i m 24 yrs male .... i m just little confused that after / at the end of urine i observed some drops of sex sperms. This usually happens after a weeks time of sex release ... if i didn't again gone through with the sex or didn't pass sex sperms in 7 - 8 days, it automatically started coming out through urine ... is that problem ??
