hi i am 18 yrs old and from 1 months my semen usually comes out in the day time on my will when i saw something wrong in my community and any scene then my penis goes on vertically upwards and then i start feeling that i should rub my penis then continuous rubbing pushes semen out from my penis. i need to stop this what should i do i am very deepresed..
