Suggest Treatment For Sensitive And Sore Skin On Pubic Bone

I have very sore and sensitive skin over the right hand side of my pubic bone all the time. There is no rash to be seen. I have had it for a few months and it seems to be getting worse. Sometimes I feel stabbing pains. Last night it woke me up when I turn over I had a really bad pain like there was an open wound. When I press hard there is no pain It is only when I press gently that I feel pain. It is really very uncomfortable. What do you think it could be?
