Suggest Treatment For Sensitive And Tight Foreskin

i am a 61 health african with a foreskin problem which has turned very sensitive and has change to a very lit color on one side and seem to tighten up and not to expand when need enough. it is tight in that spot and some time the skin breaks which is very painful.. please help..
