Suggest Treatment For Sensitive Clit

My clit is extremely sensitive and can often hurt after about 20minutes of stimulation by both myself and my partner. It becomes painful to touch and can hurt for a few days afterwards. I think it is obviously affecting my ability to climax aswell. Can you please help?
