Suggest Treatment For Sensitive Painful Blue Colored Toes During Winter

My toes get very cold and painful in the the winter and have for years. However, now the last two toes on my right foot turn blue and I have to soak them in warm water. Now.. my second to last toe feels like it is rubbed raw and the tip of the toe turns blackish-purple and is sensitive. I am worried I will have to have my toe amputated.
