Suggest Treatment For Sensitive Skin

Hi Im experiencing very sensitive skin on my neck, back, and face, and it hurts to the touch. Its also a little bit on my chest. Im wondering what this could be from. I have been taking Zithromax for back problems i have been having and I was wondering if that had anything to do with it. It hurts a lot on my neck mostly
