Suggest Treatment For Sever Knee Pain

I asked about knee pain 3yrs after TKR. OS said pain was coming from my hip and ordered a steroid shot with flora /dye to get exact location. I felt wonderful after shot no pain, however, I didn t rest and pain came back in 4 days. Presently I m in Florida and will be returning home to NYS this Saturday. I have an appointment on May 5th with OS and will ask to get another shot. This time I will rest and hope this makes a difference. I ve tried chiropractors and acupuncturist to no avail. There has to be something that can be done. I ve had a CScan with dye and 2 MRI one with dye one without. Structurally spine and hips are ok. Actually was told they were excellent for someone my age. I really need pain relief. I have full range of motion in knee. Can go up and down stairs, ride a bike and drive. I just can t walk any distance as pain starts. I sleep ok. Not overweight, just very discouraged, hopefully next shot will help
