Suggest Treatment For Sever Pain When Working In Alternative Temperatures

Thank you for taking my question. We are trying to find out a possible name for the symptoms of working in a freezer below zero and back in the heat. This has caused my husband to have severe pain. This has not been immediate this has taken several years. Has anyone ever treated someone with this.
