Suggest Treatment For Severe COPD And Severe Weight Loss

My mother has severe COPD she recently has lost a lot of weight from 100in September and now she is weighted at 60.0 pounds and is eating can the lung issues have something to do with her weight lose her MD cannot see anything wrong ? She is is slipping away Help!!!! Donna at
