Suggest Treatment For Severe PCOS Symptoms

I PCOS and I have most of the symptoms that comes with it but over the last few months my symptoms have gotten a lot worse. I have been dealing with my normal symptoms for many many years so its harder now but I have been doing ok with it but the past few days my nipples have been really sore and my boobs are real sore and hurting real bad is that a symptom of PCOS I m just wanting to make sure it could be or is because I ve never had a problem with it before .
