Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Cramps Due To Food Infection

I had severe abdominal cramping pain probably from food infection. I am taking O2 tablets but that is giving me a very dizzy feeling along with nausea. I took 4 tabs on the 1st day and 3 on the 2nd. Today is the third day ? How can I get out of the nauseatic feeling ?
