Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain And Irregular Menstrual Cycle

27yr old mum of 2 lil kids and ive had glandular fever the last 18 months about a month ago i ended up in hospital from a gastro virus and severe abdominal pain, found 2 golf ball sized cysts on my right ovary and am waiting to have surgery to remove them. i havent had a period for 2 months neg pregnancy test, my hair is falling out and im tired all the time. i also have a iud. im at a loss i have been to the doctors a few times and im not getting any answers help please thanks
