Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain And Pain In Hip Area

Hello I am 45 year old male I eat normally I guess only one meal a day. Anyways I have pain having some severe pain in my lower stomache and hip area for about six months usually worse at night when sleeping on my left side and after I eat.I dont get dizzy or loss of apetite stomach doesnt fill bloated or hard. And when poking in the stomache area to see if pain worsens. It doesnt. And I cant feel any lumps
