Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain During Menstruation

I have just been diagnosed with a 5cmx7.5cm endometrium (cyst on my left ovary). I am suffering from infertility. "Bladder Infection" symptoms with negative cultures, IBS type symptoms for several years, low back pain and most recently sever abdominal pain during and immediately following my menstrual cycle.

I'm am experiencing extreme pain. My doctor prescribed 2 Tylenol 3s every 6 hours - but it doesn't even take the edge off. Is there anything I can take? I cry it hurts so much.

I was prescribed Lupron - to be taken for the next 3 months (before the cyst can be removed). I've heard the pain will actually increase for the first 3-4 weeks - how will I even function? I am so scared of hurting that much for 4 weeks straight?

What can I take for pain?

I am 34 years old. No children. Trying to conceive for 37 months. 140 lbs, 5'8" tall.
